Please contact us within 48 hours (via email or telephone) of receipt of an order to know if you have a problem with a garment. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We recommend you send your return via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges of returned item. If we have authorized a return for exchange or store credit, it must be return within 48 hours of your original receipt of the item, unless other arrangement have been made. To insure the timely shipment of your order, please verify your address information to include a complete street number, street name, city, state and zip code information. The customer will be liable for shipping charges incurred from undeliverable packages due to incorrect address information submitted in error. Additional charges will apply to re-ship the order.
