What forms of payment do you accept?

What happens if I order the wrong size or color?

All sales are final.  Except for the return of a damaged item. We do not exchange for size or color, so please take accurate measurements of your body and take advantage of our size chart on our website.  See: Return Policy.

How does your Layaway work?

Customers must pay at least 50% down, depending on item.  Going-N-Style will not hold or place any item on layaway without a deposit. Final payment must be paid in full 30 days from the date the item was placed on layaway.

What happens if I cancel an order?

Sure; you may cancel an order within 24 hours. You would need to fax me, letting me know that you would like to cancel your order.  After 24 hours, your order can't be cancelled, because it would already be placed in processing and cannot be cancelled.  Should you return an order, a 25% restocking fee will be taken from your refund for refused packages for restocking.

How do I know if items I want to purchase are in stock?

All items on our website are subject to availability and are not guaranteed to be in stock at all times.  If the items you're looking for are out of stock when you place your order. You will be notified by email ASAP  

Can items be back ordered?

Most of the time when an order is out of stock, it will be placed on back order. Once an item is sold out, it's completely taken out of inventory.  Sometimes the item may be re-introduced in the line, but that's very rare, only if the item was high demand and vendors decided to re-introduce it.  Items featured in a season are only for that season.  Once it sells out, it would not be featured in the next season.

If items are not available after order is placed, why are there charges added on my credit card?

When an order is placed, your credit card is automatically authorized, meaning the funds are placed on hold, but are not withdrawn from your account until the order is guaranteed to be in stock and ready to be shipped.  If an item is out of stock when order is placed, we will release the authorization on your card, which means the funds on hold will settle back into your account.  Normal settlement time is the same business day or depending on your bank, up to three business days.

Going-N-Style does not accept checks.  However, we do accept money orders for your order.  Once we receive your money order, your order will be shipped.  Paypal is also available if you do not have a major credit card.  You can go through Paypal and use your checking account.  Just go to www.paypal.com and sign up.  It's FREE

How safe is the internet?

Look at the bottom of the page on the right hand corner of your browser.  You should see a padlock that lets you know the site is Secure.  This site is guaranteed safe and secure.

What method do you use to ship?

We use FedEx, UPS, and the United Postal.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes. Our prices are in US dollars.  We do ship worldwide.  After an order is placed for an international customer, the actual total will be confirmed before the credit card is charged and the order is processed.  Duty taxes are the customers responsibility.
